Heard learned counsel for the petitioner and Sri R.Vinod Reddy, learned Standing counsel for the respondents. 2.

Alleging that the respondents are threatening to disconnect the power supply to SC No.00220800470 of the petitioner, this writ petition is filed.

This Court by order dated 01.04.2016 granted interim order to restore power supply to the petitioner forthwith. This Court also granted liberty to the respondents to take action in accordance with law.

Learned counsel for the petitioner informs the Court that power supply is restored and is being provided regularly. 5.

Having regard to the same, the Writ Petition is disposed of. However, the power supply connection shall not be disconnected, as long as petitioner continues to pay regular electricity charges and does not resort to violation of power supply conditions. If any arrears are due by the petitioner, it is open to the respondents to recover those amounts. Pending miscellaneous petitions shall stand closed.
