HONOURABLE SRI JUSTICE CHALLA KODANDA RAM WRIT PETITION No. 4432 of 2017 ORDER:

Petitioner seeks a direction to set aside the endorsement dated 28.10.2016, and notice dated 31.10.2016, of respondent No.2 (Commissioner, Rayachoti Municipality) preventing her from constructing steps and sun-shade within the site owned by her.

Learned Counsel for the petitioner submits that, though the petitioner made a representation to respondent No.2 on 16.11.2016, the same has not been considered till date. Sri Md.Saleem, learned Standing Counsel appearing for respondents, would submit that the application of the petitioner would be considered in accordance with law. Without expressing any opinion on the merits of the case, the Writ Petition is disposed of directing respondent No.2 to consider the representation of the petitioner dated 31.10.2016, in accordance with law, within a period of eight weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order. No order as to costs.

Miscellaneous petitions pending, if any, shall stand dismissed. No order as to costs.
