THE HONOURABLE Dr.JUSTICE B.SIVA SANKARA RAO CRIMINAL REVISION CASE NO.3094 OF 2016 ORDER:

Heard both sides and perused the material on record. 2) Impugning the order dated 01.10.2016 passed in Crl.M.P. No.148 of 2016 in M.C. No.157 of 2016 of the IV Additional District Judgecum-I Additional Family Judge, Ranga Reddy District at L.B Nagar in granting maintenance of Rs.20,000/ - from the date of filing of the petition i.e., from 12.05.2016 till disposal of main case out of the claim of Rs.50,000/ -, the respondent in M.C maintained the present revision. 3) A perusal of the order, particularly para No.6, shows that earlier the revision petitioner herein has worked in Capgemini India Private Limited and was earning Rs.95,135/ - and now he is working in Taxmann Company for consolidated amount. It cannot be expected that a person who was earning Rs.

95,135/ -, has resigned that job and now joined in another company for a meagre salary of Rs.19,500/ -. Once it is hardly believable but for any progressive employment, the question of voluntary resignation does not arise 4) In view of the above, for this Court while sitting in revision there is nothing to interfere with the impugned order of the lower Court in granting interim maintenance of Rs.20,000/ - p.m. from the date of petition. However, it is made clear that these observations will not prejudice the ultimate decision in main M.C on own merits for the learned trial Judge, Family Court, Ranga Reddy District to give early disposal of the main M.C within four months from the date of receipt of this order.

Dr SSRB, J CrlRC_3094_2016 5) Accordingly and in the result, the revision is dismissed with above observations.

6) Miscellaneous petitions, if any, pending in this revision shall stand closed.
