It is represented by both sides that the issue involved in this writ petition is squarely covered by the order of this Court in W.P.No.14176 of 2019 dt.11-07-2019.

Therefore, for reasons alike, this writ petition is also allowed setting aside the order under impugned. The respondents are directed to allow the petitioner to contest in the ensuing Municipal Elections being held in the year 2019, if she is otherwise eligible. No costs.
