This Civil Revision Petition is filed by the petitioners/ plaintiffs under Article 227 of Constitution of India, challenging the dismissal order, dated 09-08-2011 passed in C.M.A.No.06 of 2011 in I.A.No.788 of 2010 in O.S.No.112 of 2010 by the II Additional District Judge, Karimnagar at Jagtial, confirming the order, dated 28-01-2011 passed in I.A.No.788 of 2010 in O.S.No.112 of 2010 by the Senior Civil Judge, Jagtial, declining to grant interim injunction during pendency of the suit.

During the course of hearing learned counsel for the petitioners/plaintiffs requested this Court to direct the trial Court to decide the suit, as expeditiously as possible, since it is a suit of '2010'.

Considering the request of the petitioners/plaintiffs, without examining the merits of the case, I deem it appropriate to direct the trial Court to decide the suit, as expeditiously as possible, in any event not later than one year.
