THE HON'BLE SRI JUSTICE M.S.K.JAISWAL Criminal Petition No.11739 of 2016 ORDER:

This Criminal Petition is filed under Section 482 Cr.P.C. seeking to quash proceedings initiated against petitioner/accused in F.I.R. No.47 of 2016 of Pegadapalli Police Station, Karimnagar District, registered for the offences punishable under Sections 354 and 354-A of I.P.C. When the matter is taken up for hearing, it is represented that after filing of the Criminal Petition to quash the proceedings at the crime stage, charge-sheet was filed.

Hence, the Criminal Petition is dismissed with liberty to the petitioner to avail any such other remedies that are available to him as per law.

Consequently, miscellaneous petitions, if any, pending, shall stand closed.
