THE HON'BLE DR. JUSTICE SHAMEEM AKTHER CRIMINAL PETITION No.6099 OF 2017 ORDER:
Heard learned counsel appearing for both sides and perused the record.

This petition is filed under Section 439 (2) Cr.P.C., to cancel the anticipatory bail granted to the petitioner-A5 by this Court, vide order, dated 18.05.2017 in Crl.P.No.3409 of 2017.

The submission made by the learned Additional Public Prosecutor for the State is that the respondent-A5 is not co-operating with the Investigating Officer. 4.
On the other hand, the submission made by the learned counsel for the respondent-A5 is that the respondent-A5 has been co-operating with the Investigating Officer.

The respondent-A5 was granted anticipatory bail long back. Under these circumstances, the respondent-A5 is directed to appear before the Station House Officer concerned on every Sunday between 9.00 A.M., and 10.00 A.M., for a period of two months from the date of this order to complete investigation.

With the above direction, the Criminal Petition is disposed of.
