Heard Mr.K.Jagadishwar Reddy counsel for petitioner. The petitioner complains against inaction of respondent No.3 in considering and taking appropriate action in terms of Memo dated 21.09.2016, as illegal, arbitrary and unconstitutional. Learned standing counsel, on instructions, submits that enquiry required for taking further action pursuant to the Memo dated 21.09.2016 has been completed and appropriate decision within four weeks will be taken from today. Time as requested is granted. It is made clear that pending consideration of this issue, it shall be the responsibility of 3rd respondent to see that respondents 4 and 5 do not undertake unauthorized structure or construction at subject site.

The writ petition is disposed of accordingly. No order as to costs.
