THE HON'BLE SRI JUSTICE A.VENKATESHWARA REDDY CITY CIVIL COURTS APPEAL NO.90 OF 2002 JUDGMENT :

Heard Sri C.Balajee, Advocate, who on verification of Vakalat submitted that though Vakalat holds his code number, it does not contain his signature and he has not filed Vakalat for the appellant. On the last date of hearing i.e. on 20.07.2022 also there was no representation on behalf of the appellant. At the request of the appellant only the matter was adjourned to 20.07.2022. Therefore, having regard to the submissions made by Sri C.Balajee, Advocate, as stated above, and also the fact that the appeal relates to the year 2002 and is listed under the caption 'for dismissal' today, I find no merit to adjourn the matter. While recording the above submissions, this City Civil Courts Appeal is dismissed for default for non-prosecution. In the circumstances of the case, there shall be no order as to the costs. As a sequel, miscellaneous petitions if any, pending in this CCCA, shall stand closed.
