THE HON'BLE SRI JUSTICE A.RAMALINGESWARA RAO WRIT PETITION No.18728 of 2015 ORDER:
Heard learned counsel for the petitioner and learned Government Pleader for Civil Supplies for respondents.
2. The petitioner was appointed as a fair price shop dealer of shop No.1 of Dharmavaram Town, Anantapur District. In view of the availability of alternative remedy and in view of the nature of the charges alleged against the petitioner, this Court is not inclined to interfere with the order passed by the third respondent. However, the petitioner is given liberty to file an appeal within a period of 15 days from the date of receipt of a copy of this order and the appellate authority shall consider and dispose of the same within a period of 60 days from the date of receipt of appeal by giving due opportunity to the petitioner.
