THE HON'BLE SRI JUSTICE C. PRAVEEN KUMAR CRIMINAL PETITION No.1562 of 2016 ORDER:

The petitioner who is A1 filed the present application under Sections 437 and 439 of the Code of the Criminal Procedure (Cr.P.C.), seeking enlargement on bail in Crime No.67 of 2015 of Nandigam Police Station, Srikakulam District, registered for the offences punishable under Section 279 of IPC, Sections 20(b) and 8(c) of NDPS Act. A perusal of the material on record would show that earlier vide order dated 17.11.2015 in Crl.P.No.11595 of 2015 and in Crl.P.No.13193 of 2015 dated 22.12.2015, this Court dismissed the request made by the petitioner. There being no change in the circumstances, I am not inclined to grant bail to the petitioner.

Accordingly, the Criminal Petition is dismissed. However, it is left open to the petitioner to avail remedies under law, if there are any changes in the circumstances, before the trial Court. _________________________ JUSTICE C. PRAVEEN KUMAR 16.02.2016 vhb
