Today when this matter is taken up, learned counsel for the petitioners sought permission to withdraw this Criminal Petition with a liberty to the petitioners to file a fresh Criminal Petition, in view of the filing of the charge-sheet before the Court concerned in the crime, which is the subject matter of this Criminal Petition.

Recording the said submission of the learned counsel for the petitioners, permission, as sought for, is accorded. 3 .

Accordingly, this Criminal Petition is dismissed as withdrawn reserving the liberty to the petitioners as sought for. Pending miscellaneous petition, if any, in this Criminal Petition, shall stand closed.
