The case of the petitioner is that he was issued notice in Form-1 under Rule 3 of Telangana Assigned Lands (Prohibition of Transfers) Rules in respect of the subject property on 11-07-2016. The petitioner filed explanation dated 23-07-2016 to the same. Without passing any final orders, the respondents are trying to interfere with the possession of the petitioner. Aggrieved by the same, the present writ petition is filed. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that even as on today, no orders are passed.

Heard learned Assistant Government Pleader for Revenue.

In view of the above facts and circumstances of the case, the 3rd respondent is directed to pass final orders, if not already passed, after giving opportunity to the petitioner. Till passing of such final orders, status-quo granted by this Court on 17-01-2017 shall be maintained. With the above direction, this writ petition is disposed of.
