This writ petition is filed challenging the action of the respondents in not registering the complaint of the petitioner dated 15.06.2018 and in not causing enquiry against the persons mentioned in the said complaint.

Heard learned counsel for the petitioner.

Learned Assistant Government Pleader for Home produced written instructions stating that basing on the complaint of the petitioner a case in Crime No.652/2018 was registered under Sections 448, 427, 323, 509 read with Section 34 IPC, dated 12.07.2018 on the file of Banjara Hills Police Station, Hyderabad City; and that investigation is taken up.

Recording the aforesaid submission of learned Assistant Government Pleader, the writ petition is disposed of. No order as to costs.
