THE HON'BLE SRI JUSTICE A.RAMALINGESWARA RAO C.C.No.1783 OF 2015 ORDER:

This contempt case is filed alleging non-implementation of the order dated 04.08.2015 passed in W.P.M.P.No.30510 of 2015 in W.P.No.23537 of 2015.

Though the said order was passed in the presence of learned standing counsel and communicated the same to the respondents, the respondents took possession of the property on 05.08.2015, in view of communication gap between learned standing counsel for respondent and the contemnor. It is submitted by the learned counsel appearing on both sides that main writ petition was heard as vacate stay petition was filed. In the circumstances, without going into the details of the contempt alleged, this Court felt that the status quo as on 04.08.2015, the date on which the interim order was passed shall be maintained by all the parties, till the disposal of the writ petition and the said status quo shall be subject to the final orders to be passed by this Court in the writ petition.

In view of the same, this contempt case is closed directing the parties to maintain status quo existing as on 04.08.2015, till disposal of the writ petition and such status quo shall be subject to further orders to be passed in the writ petition.

Miscellaneous petitions, if any pending in this writ petition shall stand closed.
