HON'BLE SRI JUSTICE A.RAJASHEKER REDDY WRIT PETITION No.23948 of 2018 ORDER:
This Writ Petition, under Article 226 of the Constitution of India, is filed seeking to declare the action of the 3rd respondent in threatening the petitioner to handover the keys to the third parties, for which the petitioner herein has made a representation, dated 21.06.2018 stating that the acts of respondent No.3, without considering the authorization letter of the temple President, as arbitrary and illegal.

Heard learned counsel for the petitioner and learned Assistant Government Pleader for Home appearing for the respondents.

The grievance of the petitioner is that the 3rd respondent is interfering with the management of the temple though it was registered by the Endowments Department and a certificate was also issued under Section 43 of Endowments Act 30/87 and hence, he prays to direct the 3rd respondent not to interfere with the temple management affairs.

Learned Assistant Government Pleader for Home, appearing for the respondents, produced written instructions stating that basing on the complaint one K.Ashok Kumar, a case in Crime No.58 of 2018 was registered against the petitioner for the offence punishable under Section 465 IPC and the investigation is in progress. It is further stated that except registering the aforesaid
crime against the petitioner, the respondent-police are not interfering with the temple management affairs. 5.
Recording the statement of learned Assistant Government Pleader for Home, the Writ Petition is disposed of. Miscellaneous Petitions, if any, pending in this writ petition shall stand closed. There shall be no order as to costs.
