ORDER:
Feeling aggrieved by the return of the application filed by the petitioner before the respondent (the Principal Senior Civil Judge, Nellore), this writ petition is filed. The Registry has initially returned the papers rightly by raising an objection as to the maintainability of this writ petition under Article 226 of the Constitution of India. However, it has wrongly accepted the petitioner's explanation and numbered the case. The respondent is amenable to the supervisory jurisdiction of this Court under Article 227 of the Constitution of India. In view of availability of this remedy, the petitioner is not entitled to invoke the extraordinary jurisdiction of this Court under Article 226 of the Constitution of India. The petitioner is, however, given liberty to avail the remedy under Article 227 of the Constitution of India.
Subject to the liberty given to the petitioner as above, the Writ Petition is dismissed. As a sequel to dismissal of the writ petition, W.P.M.P.No.48739 of 2015 filed by the petitioner for interim relief shall stand dismissed as infructuous. _________________________ C.V.
