HON'BLE SRI JUSTICE SURESH KUMAR KAIT Crl.P. No. 16233 of 2016 O R D E R:- Keeping in view the averments made in the Criminal Petition and the submission of the learned counsel for the petitioners - A3 and A4, the order dated 02.11.2016 in Crl.M.P.No. 3603 of 2016 passed by the Metropolitan Sessions Judge-cum-I Additional District and Sessions Judge, Visakhapatnam is modified as follows:

" In the result, the petition is allowed, directing the petitioners - A3 and A4 to be enlarged on bail subject to the condition that the petitioners - A3 and A4 shall furnish personal bond of Rs.1,00,000/ - (Rupees One Lakh Only) each with two sureties each to the satisfaction of the learned Additional Judicial First Class Magistrate, Chodavaram.

All other conditions imposed in the impugned order shall remain unaltered."

This Criminal Petition is allowed to the extent indicated above.

As a sequel, Miscellaneous Petitions, if any pending, shall stand disposed of as infructuous.
