Heard the learned counsel for the petitioner and the learned Government Pleader for Civil Supplies appearing for respondent Nos.1 to 4.

Petitioner's grievance is that the 2nd respondent is not disposing of the appeal preferred by 5th respondent challenging the petitioner's appointment as fair-price-shop dealer for more than one year after passing interim direction therein. 3.

Learned Government Pleader for Civil Supplies appearing for respondent Nos1 to 4 states that 2nd respondent will decide the said appeal within four weeks and communicate his decision to the petitioner and to the 5th respondent. 4.

Accordingly, the Writ Petition is disposed of directing 2nd respondent to decide the said appeal within four weeks and communicate his decision to the petitioner and to the 5th respondent. No costs.

As a sequel, the miscellaneous petitions, if any pending, shall stand closed.
