HON'BLE SRI JUSTICE A. RAMALINGESWARA RAO Writ Petition No. 28670 of 2009 Order:

This Writ Petition was filed challenging the action of the respondents 2 and 4 in not taking any action on the representation made by the petitioner pursuant to the directions issued by this Court in WP No.16232 of 2009, dated 26.08.2009, and not conducting investigation in Crime No.239 of 2009.

2. When the matter is taken up for admission, learned counsel for the petitioner submits that nothing survives for adjudication in the Writ Petition and the matter has become infructuous.

3. Recording the said submission, the Writ Petition is dismissed as infructuous. There shall be no order as to costs.
