THE HON'BLE SRI JUSTICE SURESH KUMAR KAIT WRIT PETITION No.26884 of 2016 ORDER:

Vide the present petition, the petitioner seeks mandamus declaring the action of the first respondent in stopping supplies of Motor Spirit, High Speed Diesel oil and Lubricants to the petitioner's Retail Outlet 'RK Filling Station' situated in Sy.No.630, Atmakur Village & Mandal, Nalgonda District, pursuant to showcause notice bearing No.HRT:7.35 dated 22.6.2016, as arbitrary and unconstitutional.

Learned counsel appearing on behalf of the petitioner submits that pursuant to the show-cause notice dated 22.06.2016 the petitioner filed reply on 14.06.2016. However, till date, no decision has been taken by the first respondent on the said reply. Keeping in view the averments made in the instant petition and the facts and circumstances of the case, I hereby direct the first respondent to take final decision on the reply dated 14.06.2016 filed by the petitioner within two (02) weeks from the receipt of a copy of this order.

In view of the above direction, this Writ Petition is disposed of. There shall be no order as to costs.

I hereby make it clear that if the petitioner is still aggrieved with the action or inaction of the first respondent, he may take legal course available under the law.

Miscellaneous petitions, if any, pending in this writ petition shall stand closed.
