O R D E R

The case of the petitioners is that they are all landless poor people belonging to scheduled caste. Aggrieved by the inaction of the Government in considering their representations dated 12.4.2016 and 16.4.2016 for allotment of Acs.3-00 of land to each of the writ petitioner under the Government Scheme "Bhoomileni Nirupeda Dalita Vyavasaya Aadharitha Kutumbalu" under G.O.Ms.No.1 Scheduled Caste Development (SCP) Department dated 26.07.2014, the present writ petition has been filed. The learned Assistant Government Pleader for Revenue submits that as and when there is proposal from the Government for allotment of land under G.O.Ms.No.1 dated 26.7.2014, the applications of the petitioners' will also be considered along with other eligible persons.

In view of the same, it is for the 3rd respondent - Revenue Divisional Officer to take action on the applications of the petitioners' as and when there is proposal for allotment of land under the above said scheme. The writ petition is accordingly disposed of. No costs. Miscellaneous petitions pending if any, shall stand closed. ----------------------------------------------------- A.
