THE HON'BLE SRI JUSTICE T.SUNIL CHOWDARY CRIMINAL PETITION No.8024 of 2017 ORDER:

This criminal petition is filed by accused No.2, under Sections 437 and 439 of Cr.P.C., seeking bail in Crime No.30 of 2016 on the file of the Station House Officer, Mothugudem Police Station, East Godavari District, for the offence punishable under Section 8(c) read with 20(b)(ii)(c) of the Narcotic Drugs and Psychotropic Substances Act. 2.

At the time of hearing, the learned counsel for the petitioner seeks permission of this court to permit the petitioner to withdraw the criminal petition, with a direction to the trial court to dispose of the main case as early as possible. Permission is granted.

Accordingly, the criminal petition is dismissed as withdrawn. The trial Court is hereby directed to dispose of the main case i.e., S.C. No.23 of 2017 as expeditiously as possible.
