THE HON'BLE SRI JUSTICE M.S. RAMACHANDRA RAO CONTEMPT CASE No.288 of 2014 ORDER:

Heard the learned counsel for the petitioner and Smt. A.Deepthi, learned Standing Counsel for the respondent. On 20-03-2013 in W.P.M.P.No.10335 of 2013 in W.P.No.8267 of 2013, this Court granted interim direction to the petitioner to consider representation dt.10-10-2012 submitted by him to the respondent for allotment of house number in accordance with Hyderabad Municipal Corporation (Naming and Numbering of Roads and Streets and Numbering of Houses) Rules, 1995. Today when the matter is listed, learned Standing Counsel for respondents has placed before me proceeding dt.18-12-2014 of 2nd respondent indicating that a house number has been allotted to the petitioner.

The learned counsel for the petitioner also confirms the same. Since the interim order passed by this Court has been complied with, I do not find any reason to punish the respondents for contempt of Court.

Therefore, the Contempt Case is closed. No costs. As a sequel, the miscellaneous petitions, if any pending, shall stand closed.
