In view of the letter dated 31.10.2017 filed by the learned counsel for the petitioner, seeking permission of this Court to withdraw the civil revision petition, permission is accorded.

Accordingly, the civil revision petition is dismissed as withdrawn. Interim order granted earlier shall stand vacated. Miscellaneous petitions, if any, pending shall stand closed. There shall be no order as to costs.
