HON'BLE SRI JUSTICE A.RAJASHEKER REDDY WRIT PETITION No.23927 OF 2018 O R D E R :

This writ petition is filed challenging the action of the 2nd respondent in not taking any action in Crime No.87 of 2018, pending on the file of Machareddy Police Station. Heard learned counsel for the petitioner.

Learned Assistant Government Pleader for Home produced written instructions stating that during the course of investigation, as many as six witnesses including the complainant/petitioner, were examined and their statements were recorded; that Notice under Section 91/160 Cr.P.C. dated 25.06.2018 and 28.06.2018 were issued to the complainant requesting him to produce relevant documents in support of his version; that a letter dated 29.06.2018 was also addressed to the Tahasildar, Machareddy Mandal, requesting him to furnish ownership particulars of the subject land; that almost investigation is at concluding stage; and that one more month time is required for completing the full-fledged investigation.

Recording the aforesaid submission of the learned Assistant Government Pleader, the writ petition is disposed of directing the concerned Investigating Officer to complete the investigation within a period of 45 days from the date of

receipt of a copy of this order and file report before the concerned Court. No order as to costs.
