THE HON'BLE SRI JUSTICE SANJAY KUMAR WRIT PETITION No.35097 of 2012 ORDER:

This writ petition was filed assailing G.O.Rt.No.2056, Home (General.A.1) Department, dated 07.11.2012 whereby the Government of Andhra Pradesh constituted a committee for viewing the film 'Denikaina Ready' for the purpose of making recommendations as to its ban.

By order dated 09.11.2012, this Court granted interim stay of further proceedings pursuant to the impugned G.O. In the light of the aforestated interim order, the purpose for which the committee was constituted under the impugned G.O. has worked itself out.

The writ petition is therefore dismissed as infructuous. Pending Miscellaneous Petitions shall also stand dismissed. No order as to costs.
