THE HON'BLE SRI JUSTICE T.SUNIL CHOWDARY WRIT PETITION No.3458 of 2004 ORDER:

This writ petition is filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India seeking to direct the respondents to convert the services of the petitioners as full time contingent employees as there are vacancies available in the 2nd respondent college and in consequence thereof to direct the respondents to pay regular pay scales attached to the full time contingent posts like other contingent employees by declaring the action of the respondents by not converting the services of the petitioners as full time contingent employees is illegal and violative of Articles 14 and 16 of the Constitution of India by issuing a writ of Mandamus and to pass such other necessary orders.

No representation on behalf of the petitioners on 28.03.2016 and the matter is posted to today 'for dismissal'. Today also even the matter is listed under the caption 'for dismissal', there is no representation on behalf of the petitioners. It seems that the petitioners are not interested to prosecute the matter. Hence, the writ petition is dismissed for default. Consequently, the miscellaneous petitions if any pending in this writ petition shall stand closed.
