ORDER

This writ petition is filed seeking to declare the action of the respondent-police in interfering with the civil disputes and harassing the petitioners to settle the claim of the 7th respondent and also not implementing G.O.Ms.No.288, Home (PS & CA2) Department, dated 6.11.2010, as arbitrary and illegal. Learned Government Pleader for Home produced before this Court the written instructions received from the Sub Inspector of Police, Narsingi Police Station, Cyberabad Commissionerate, which reads as under:

"It is pertinent to submit that as of now, no complaint or case whatsoever was received or registered against the petitioners herein on the file of Narsingi Police Station, I humbly submit that at any point of time, this respondent more particularly the respondents 5 and 6 are calling the petitioners and asked them to settle the dispute with the 7th respondent. I humbly submit that it appears that the dispute of the petitioners and as well as the 7th respondent is purely civil in nature and hence this respondent police are no way concerned with it. I humbly submit that keeping in view of the G.O.Ms.No.288, Home (PS&CA.2) Department, dated 6.11.2010 which was issued as per the directions of the Hon'ble High Court in W.P.No.5473 of 2010, dated 10.11.
