Crl.Petition No.7934 of 2022 THE HONOURABLE SRI JUSTICE K.SURENDER CRIMINAL PETITION No.7934 OF 2022 ORDER:

This Criminal Petition is filed under Section 438 of the Code of Criminal Procedure, 1973 seeking bail to the petitioner who is arrayed as Accused No.6 in the event of her arrest in Crime No.943 of 2022 on the file of Station House Officer, Vanasthalipuram Police Station, Rachakonda registered for the offences punishable under Sections 420, 467, 468, 471 and 506 read with Section 120b of Indian Penal Code.

Heard learned counsel for petitioner/Accused No.6 and learned Assistant Public Prosecutor for respondent-State. Perused the record.

The Vanasthalipuram police registered the present crime on the allegations of the accused taking money from the persons who wanted double bed room provided by the government. 4.

As seen from the complaint there is no specific allegation against this petitioner that she has received the said amount from the de facto complainant.

In the said circumstances, the petitioner who is woman can be granted the relief of anticipatory bail.

Accordingly, the Criminal Petition is allowed and the petitioner/Accused No.6 shall be enlarged on bail in the event of her arrest subject to the following conditions:

i) The petitioner/Accused No.6 is directed to surrender before the Station House Officer, Vanasthalipuram Police Station, Rachakonda within one week from today, and on such surrender, she shall be enlarged on bail on her executing personal bond for a sum of Rs.50,000/- (Rupees Fifty Thousand Only) with two sureties to the like sum each, to its satisfaction.

ii) The petitioner/Accused No.6 shall appear before the concerned Station House Officer on every Monday between 10.30 AM and 01.00 PM for a period of eight (08) weeks or till filing of charge sheet whoever is earlier.

iii) The petitioner/Accused No.6 shall abide by the other conditions stipulated in Section 438(2) Cr.P.C. Miscellaneous applications, pending if any, shall stand closed. _____________ K.SURENDER, J Date: 14.09.2022 ns
