HON'BLE SRI JUSTICE ABHINAND KUMAR SHAVILI WRIT PETITION No. 19306 of 2004 ORDER:

This writ petition is filed seeking to issue a writ of mandamus declaring the action of the respondents in forcibly allotting ticket issuing machines service to the petitioners, as illegal and arbitrary. A consequential direction is also sought to the respondents to treat the services from 31.08.2004 as on duty for all purposes by paying the salary and other benefits attached to the post. This Court granted interim suspension of all further proceedings in pursuance of the notice dated 20.09.2004 issued by the Divisional Manager, Adilabad Division, vide orders dated 25.01.2005 in WPMP No.25278 of 2004.

When the matter is taken up for hearing, learned counsel for the petitioners submits that in compliance with the interim orders, the petitioners were allotted appropriate duties and therefore no further orders are necessary in the writ petition.

In view of the above, the writ petition is closed. Consequently, miscellaneous petitions, if any, pending in the writ petition shall stand closed. No order as to costs.
