THE HON'BLE SRI JUSTICE T.SUNIL CHOWDARY CIVIL REVISION PETITION No.3968 of 2018 ORDER:

This Civil Revision Petition is filed under Article 227 of the Constitution of India assailing the order dated 02.05.2018 passed in I.A.No.851 of 2018 in A.S.No.85 of 2018 on the file of the III Additional Chief Judge, City Civil Court at Hyderabad. 2.

At the time of arguments, the only relief sought by the learned counsel for the petitioners is to direct the appellate Court to dispose of the appeal as expeditiously as possible. 3.

In view of the submission made by the learned counsel for the petitioners, this Court is not inclined to go into the merits of the main case.

Having regard to the facts and circumstances of the case, the learned III Additional Chief Judge, City Civil Court at Hyderabd, is hereby directed to dispose of A.S.No.85 of 2018, as expeditiously as possible, preferably within a period of six (6) months from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.

With the above direction, the Civil Revision Petition is disposed of. There shall be no order as to costs. 6.
