Judgment:

This Appeal arises out of the judgment and decree, dated 07-12-1996, in OS.No.1 of 1996, on the file of the Court of the learned Subordinate Judge at Mahabubabad.

At the hearing, Mr.I.Gopal Reddy, learned Counsel for the appellant, submitted that the dispute between the parties has been settled out of the Court and that therefore, the Appeal need not be

adjudicated on merits.

The above submission of the learned Counsel for the appellant is placed on record and the Appeal is dismissed as settled out of the Court. As a sequel to dismissal of the Appeal, miscellaneous petitions, pending if any, stand disposed of as infructuous.
