This revision petition is filed by the petitioner under Section 22 of A.P.Buildings (Lease, Rent & Eviction) Control Act, 1960 questioning the orders passed in cross-objections in SR No.588 of 2014 in R.A.No.71 of 2014 dated 30.09.2015 on the file of the Additional Chief Judge, City Small Causes Court, Hyderabad. At the time of hearing, learned counsel for the petitioner has sought permission of this Court to permit the petitioner to withdraw the revision petition.

Permission is granted.

Hence, the Civil Revision Petition is dismissed as withdrawn. Consequently, Miscellaneous Petitions, if any, pending in this Revision Petition shall stand closed.
