This criminal petition is filed under Section 482 Cr.P.C., to quash the proceedings against the petitioner/A2 in Crime No.67 of 2015 on the file of the Station House Officer, Nacharam Police Station, Cyberabad, registered for the offence punishable under Sections 498A IPC and Sections 3 and 4 of Dowry Prohibition Act.

2. The learned counsel for the petitioner present. The learned Public Prosecutor, on instructions, submitted that the Police investigated into the matter and filed the charge sheet. In view of the submission made by the learned Public Prosecutor, no further orders are necessary in this matter.
