There was no representation on behalf of the petitioner on the earlier occasion. Therefore, on 31.01.2017, the matter was directed to be listed under the caption 'For Dismissal'. Today also when the matter is called, there is no representation on behalf of the petitioner in spite of the matter being listed under the caption 'For Dismissal'.

Hence, the Writ Petition is dismissed for non-prosecution. There shall be no order as to costs.
