Heard the learned counsel for the petitioner and the learned Government Pleader for Panchayat Raj appearing for respondent Nos1 to 3.

Petitioner's grievance is that petitioner had given a complaint on 25-06-2018 to disqualify respondent Nos.4 to 7 for their absence in three consecutive ordinary meetings of Panchayat, but respondent Nos.2 and 3 are not taking any action thereon. 3.
Learned Government Pleader for Panchayat Raj appearing for respondent Nos1 to 3 states that respondent Nos.2 and 3 will take action on the petitioner's complaint within six weeks and communicate their decision to the petitioner. 4.
Accordingly, the Writ Petition is disposed of directing respondent Nos.2 and 3 to take action on the petitioner's complaint within six weeks and communicate their decision to the petitioner. No costs.

As a sequel, the miscellaneous petitions, if any pending, shall stand closed.
