THE HON'BLE SRI JUSTICE S. RAVI KUMAR Tr.CMP. No.752 of 2014 ORDER:

This petition is filed to withdraw O.P.No.10 of 2014 from Senior Civil Judge, Janagaon, and transfer the same to Family Court, Ranga Reddy District.

2. Wife filed this application. According to her affidavit, her marriage was performed with respondent on 08.12.2012, she was harassed by the respondent, and that she was left at her parents house on 06.12.2013 and, since then, she has been living with her parents. She stated that she lodged a complaint with Jeedimetla Police which is registered as Crime No.957 of 2014 and the same is pending. She contended that husband filed O.P. for divorce before Senior Civil Judge, Janagaon, on false and baseless allegations and she is feeling it difficult to go to Janagaon for the purpose of defending O.P.No.10 of 2014 and she has no financial support to meet expenses. For this reason, she prayed for transfer of O.P. from Senior Civil Judge, Janagaon, to Family Court, Ranga Reddy District.

3. Respondent in spite of service of notice neither appeared in person nor through any advocate.

4. Heard advocate for petitioner.

5. Considering the reasons stated in the affidavit and also considering the convenience of wife, O.P.No.10 of 2014 is withdrawn from Senior Civil Judge, Janagaon and transferred to Family Court, Ranga Reddy District.

6. The petition is, accordingly, ordered. No order as to costs.

7. As a sequel, miscellaneous petitions pending, if any, shall stand disposed of.
