HONOURABLE SRI JUSTICE N.V.SHRAVAN KUMAR WRIT PETITION (TR) No.1632 of 2017 ORDER:
Today when the matter has been taken up for hearing, learned Government Pleader for Services-I appearing for respondents submits that the then Andhra Pradesh Administrative Tribunal (for short 'the Tribunal' hereafter) passed interim order, dated 18.02.2014, which reads as under:
"Pending disposal of the O.A., there shall be a direction to the 2nd Respondent to consider the case of the applicant for inclusion of her name in the annual panel of Tahsildars for the year 2012-2013 i.e., from 01.09.2012 to 31.08.2013, as the period of panel is much earlier to the date of the Charge Memo, dated 8.12.2013". 2.
Learned Government Pleader further submits that in view of the interim order passed by the Tribunal on 18.02.2014, the respondent authorities has considered the case of the petitioner, vide proceedings No.SPL.X2/946/2013, dated 18.03.2014 and submits that no further orders are required in this writ petition(TR). Learned counsel for the petitioner has fairly acceded to the same, however submits that if the petitioner is still aggrieved with the said proceeding, the petitioner may be permitted to challenge the same.

Recording the submissions made by the learned counsel on either side, this Writ Petition (TR) is closed, leaving it open to the petitioner to challenge the proceedings No.SPL.X2/946/2013, dated 18.03.2014, if the petitioner is otherwise aggrieved, in accordance with law.

Miscellaneous applications, if any pending, shall stand closed. No order as to cost.
