HON'BLE SRI JUSTICE T. VINOD KUMAR WRIT PETITION No.27283 of 2019 ORDER:
This writ petition is filed seeking Mandamus declaring the inaction of the respondent authorities in taking steps to remove the encroachments made on the road and NSP Canal land situated at Bheelyanayak Thanda, Mattampally Mandal, Suryapet District, inspite of repeated representations, as illegal and arbitrary.
Heard Sri M.Janardhan Rao, learned counsel for the petitioner, the learned Assistant Government Pleader for Irrigation and the learned Government Pleader for Panchayatraj and Revenue.
The learned counsel for the petitioner submits that detailing the encroachments made on the NSP Canal, the petitioner had submitted a representation dated 21.09.2018 to the 3rd respondent and the 3rd respondent may be directed to take necessary action thereon within a time frame. The learned Government Pleader for Irrigation fairly submits that he has no objection to the said course of action being adopted by this Court.
Having regard to the above said submission of the learned Government Pleader, the 3rd respondent hereby is directed to dispose of the representation submitted by the petitioner on 21.09.2018 within a period of two weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.
With the above direction, this writ petition is disposed of. No order as to costs.
Miscellaneous petitions, if any, pending in this writ petition shall stand closed.
