Heard learned Counsel for the petitioner and Sri B.Rajeshwar Reddy, learned Standing Counsel for Tirumala Tirupati Devastanam. When the matter is taken up, it is submitted by Sri M.Vidyasagar, the learned Counsel appearing for the petitioner that for redressal of his grievance, the petitioner herein submitted a representation on 15.11.2017 to the respondent No.1 and despite lapse of considerable length of time, no action has been taken so far on the said representation and in view of the same, the petitioner is sustaining irreparable loss and hardship.

Eventually, a request is made by the learned Counsel appearing for the petitioner to direct the respondents to verify the said representation, dated 15.11.2017, and take appropriate action, as per law.

Recording the said submission and having regard to the nature of controversy, this Writ Petition is disposed of, directing the respondent Nos.1 and to verify the representation, dated 15.11.2017, said to have been submitted by the petitioner herein and take appropriate action on the said representation, strictly in accordance with law, as expeditiously as possible, preferably within a period of one month from the date of receipt of a copy of this order. Miscellaneous petitions pending, if any, shall stand disposed of. There shall be no order as to costs.
