HON'BLE SRI JUSTICE CHALLA KODANDA RAM CONTEMPT CASE No.644 OF 2016 ORDER:

The Contempt Case is filed complaining the in action on the part of the respondent-authorities in complying the order dated 23.02.2016, passed by this Court in W.P.M.P.No.7179 of 2016 in W.P.No.5650 of 2016.

No representation for the contempt petitioner. It is the case of the contempt petitioner that inspite of the orders of this Court directing the respondents to release the vehicles, the respondents did not release the same, though the petitioner had complied with the conditions imposed.

Learned Government Pleader for Civil Supplies (TS) submits that by order dated 30.05.2016, the vehicles of the petitioner have been released and the orders of this Court have been complied with, with a small delay. Accepting the explanation offered by the learned Government Pleader, Contempt Case is required to be closed. Accordingly, the contempt case is closed.
