HON'BLE SRI JUSTICE ABHINAND KUMAR SHAVILI WRIT PETITION NO.6389 OF 2003 ORDER:

When this matter is taken up for hearing, none appeared for the petitioners. The learned Standing Counsel for the respondents submitted that the cases of the petitioners were considered for appointment as L.D.Cs, but they were found not suitable for the posts of L.D.Cs as they have not possessed the requisite qualifications, and in view of the same, the cases of the petitioners were not considered for appointment as L.D.Cs. The petitioners filed this writ petition challenging the action of the respondents in not selecting them as L.D.Cs. Since the petitioners have not possessed requisite qualification of typewriting, they were not selected. This Court does not find any merits in this writ petition.

Accordingly, the Writ Petition is dismissed. No costs. Consequently, miscellaneous petitions pending, if any, shall stand closed.
