THE HON'BLE SRI JUSTICE VILAS V.AFZULPURKAR WRIT PETITION No.42112 of 2015 ORDER:

Heard learned counsel for the petitioner and learned Government Pleader for Revenue.

The petitioner states that she made an application for conversion of her agricultural land into non-agricultural land admeasuring Ac.1.50 cents in R.S.No.1021/2 of Nuzvidu Municipal Area, Krishna District. The petitioner's application, dated 13.06.2015, followed by reminder dated 10.08.2015, is stated to be pending with the Revenue Divisional Officer, Nuzvidu, Krishna District, the 1st respondent.

In view of the same, the 1st respondent is directed to consider the application of the petitioner, referred to above, and pass appropriate orders thereon expeditiously, preferably within a period of six weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order. The Writ Petition is accordingly disposed of. There shall be no order as to costs.

Miscellaneous Petitions, if any, pending in this Writ Petition shall stand closed.
