It is represented by the learned counsel for the petitioner that after filing the contempt case, the respondents herein have rejected the request of the petitioner and liberty may be given to the petitioner to assail the said order. Recording the said submission, contempt case is closed, with the liberty as prayed. Miscellaneous petitions pending consideration, if any, in this case stand closed in consequence. No order as to costs.
