There is no representation on behalf of the petitioner. 2.
The prayer sought in the writ petition is as under: " For the reasons stated in the accompanying affidavit, it is hereby prayed that this Court may be pleased to issue any appropriate writ, order or direction more particularly one in the nature of Writ of Mandamus directing the respondents to arrest Tumma Kanakaiah in connection with Crime No.416 of 2014 dated 17.07.2014 as illegal, arbitrary and violative of principles of natural justice and consequently direct the respondents to forthwith initiate the action against Thumma Kanakaiah according to law by providing protection to the petitioner and her children and to pass such other order or orders as deemed fit and proper in the circumstances of the case."

Learned Government Pleader appearing for the respondents submitted that pursuant to registration of Crime No. 416 of 2014, investigation was completed and charge sheet was filed on 20.10.2014 before the concerned court and the same was taken on file as C.C.No. 419 of 2016. During the pendency of the said calendar case, the parties have compromised the matter before the Lok Adalat on 12.11.2016. 4.
In that view of the matter, this Court is of the opinion that no further cause would survive in the writ petition. 5.
Accordingly, the writ petition is dismissed. There shall be no order as to costs.
Miscellaneous petitions, if any, shall also stand dismissed.
