Learned Assistant Public Prosecutor has fairly conceded to the fact with regard to compliance of the condition by the petitioner from the date of his release.
In view of the above and having regard to the facts and circumstances of the case, the condition imposed in the order, dated 18.02,2020 in Crl.P.No.8005 of 2019, directing the petitioner to appear before the concerned Police Station on every Saturday till filing of the charge sheet, is hereby relaxed.
Accordingly, the LA. is ordered.
