Sri L. Srikanth, advocate, representing Sri A.L. Raju, learned counsel for the appellants, would submit that no cause survives as the parties have already effected compromise, and, therefore, seeks permission to withdraw the present Appeal.

Permission is accorded, and, accordingly the Appeal is dismissed as withdrawn.

As a sequel thereto, miscellaneous petitions if any pending in the Appeal shall stand closed.
