Ramachandra Rao) The counsel for appellants seeks to withdraw the Civil Miscellaneous Appeal with liberty to file an application before the Court below to vacate the order dt.04.12.2019 passed in Interlocutory Application No.1401 of 2019 passed in Original Suit No.1030 of 2019.

Granting liberty as sought, the Civil Miscellaneous Appeal is dismissed as withdrawn.

The Court below shall however decide the Vacate Injunction Petition as and when filed by the petitioner on or before 17.12.2019 after hearing both sides.

As a sequel, miscellaneous petitions pending if any in this Civil Miscellaneous Appeal, shall stand closed.
