Learned counsel for the petitioners seeks permission of this Court to withdraw the Writ Petition. A letter, dated 06.08.2018, is also filed in the Registry to that effect.

Permission is accorded and the Writ Petition is dismissed as withdrawn. There shall be no order as to costs. Miscellaneous petitions pending, if any, in this Writ Petition, shall stand closed.
